Set after reuniting with Erebus/fam.
How things had changed.
Once a woman empty, broken. Void, grief stricken. With the weight of the world upon her slender shoulders. Sorina found herself...healing. And yet not healed. There was still a sense of unease. A terrible shake to her core, something that she could still not quite place, or an itch to scratch. However, as the moon took reign upon the lands, the Icy Queen found herself rising alone.
As the pale light adorned her violet-raven cloak, slender paws carried her upon tranquil snows. This time, there was no stomp- no weight, no heavy press, crushing the terrain beneath her, no this time, her steps were quieter. Softer. And yet she could not quite fathom, nor place why she was pulled away from Erebus' dark embrace. Her beast.
Hers.
Had left her. Abandoned her. Just like Leviathan had, left her to fend for herself.
This was something she could not just forgive. Straight away. No matter much she would like- wanted to. There was a block. A physical wall. Shackles and chains and she dragged herself through the mud.
With a hefty sigh, that perfect percaline mask broke in the silence, in the darkness. Sorina could just be and decided to take Patrol matters upon herself.
Nearing the very fringe of The Everfrost, dancing betwixt no man's land and her small, broken Empire, pale icy gaze stared off into the night as she wandered her crumbling castle walls alone.
