The scents at the borders had grown stale. She refreshed them, mind abuzz. Had she not just marked them hours prior to resting…? Hydra stared into the horizon, as though daring another to cross into her domain so that she could meet her frustration with something she knew—the wind wailed shrilly in answer, carrying forth nothing of substance. She lifted her leg to mark the cool stone of Dragonsteeth, and once she stood on all fours again she shook the tension from her furs.

Much and more was then on her mind. Distracted as she was, Hydra determined that she must learn more before she could focus. There were two beings she could wholeheartedly count on to aid her, but only one she wished to see succeed her.

And so she sought out @Osiris, turning on her heel to ascend the mountain.
