Appearance

Dark is quite large for a female wolf but it runs through her blood, through her genes. She has a very thick coat of fur, as well as thick cheek fur that frames her face. She is very tall with long and thick legs that are mainly the reason for her height. She has great muscle spread equally all throughout her body, giving her great strength and athletic ability. Her paws are big but not too big, and her tail is very bushy. Her size can be very imposing, even intimidating towards smaller wolves or the weak. Her fur is mostly pure black with tints of light brown on her chest and lower belly. Her eyes are dark gold standing out from her dark fur. Her nose is pure black.

Personality

She can speak English and Irish. Though, the main language of her entire lineage is Irish. She talks with an air of honor and strength.
She is proud of her Celtic heritage that is rooted in her blood.

With her size she is the perfect candidate to hunt large game such as deer, elk, even moose. Dark is a greatly skilled hunter and has been hunting since she was a year old. She is even in her element hunting in the coldest conditions. She is greatly confident in her hunting skills, working hard to provide food for her pack.
She is more of a hunter than anything else. As a hunter she thinks efficiently, meaning in a well-organized and competent way.

She has always been told, "the strength of the wolf is the pack". She is a loyal wolf down to her heart and bone for her pack. She sees the pack before herself and lives to serve her pack. She will stand by her pack and give her life for it. Dark won't tolerate trespassers on her territory or traitors to the pack.
As a pack wolf Dark is trustworthy and reliable. She upholds the trust and loyalty given to her by her pack mates, and this is nonegotiable.

Dark is a dominant wolf who won't hesitate to put lower ranking wolves in their places. Dark also shows complete submission and respect towards higher ranking wolves of the pack. She would rather work hard and show her worth to obtain a higher rank, not fight someone for it. She believes this shows her true worth and the best way to gain respect. She respects the hierarchy.

Dark has a mysterious aura about her.

Dark holds the honor of a true wolf. She carries herself as such.

Dark loves the cold. The most freezing conditions don't bother her at all, thanks to her very thick coat of fur and tough resilience.
She is very strong not just physically, but mentally as well.
Dark is also stoic, meaning she can endure pain or hardship without showing her feelings or complaining.

She enjoys observing and experiencing nature. To Dark, nature is magical and mystical.

Dark is a strong swimmer.

Dark is very intelligent and it shows in her speech and actions.

History

In a freezing land in the mountains were the strong thrived, Dark was born in a litter of 3 to the alpha male and female of the pack, and she was the youngest of the litter. She took mostly after her father, a dark wolf with intimidating dark gold eyes. The entire pack spoke the Irish language and had a strong Celtic heritage. From birth, the firstborn of the litter, her older brother, was chosen as the next leader of the pack. From day one her older brother was shown more attention than Dark and her older sister. As a pup Dark decided to show her true worth by becoming a hunter and outshining her brother. As soon as Dark turned a year old she showed great promise in her training in the hunt. It was then she started gaining fame and attention in the pack. By then Dark's brother also began teaching Dark important lessons such as honor of a wolf, loyalty to the pack, and how to climb the ranks. The pack continued to prosper and thrive, until one fateful night. A larger pack who were rivals with Dark's pack launched a surprise attack. Very few wolves, including Dark, escaped. Though her parents, siblings, and entire family weren't so lucky. She is the last living of the Winterstorm bloodline. She woke up in a strange land, confused, and remembered everything but her family being slaughtered. Sometime in the future though, this tragic memory will come back to her.
