Tags just for reference! Homeboy is flustered

^^

If Tiberius had been human, he would be pulling at the collar of his t-shirt as his neck bloomed red with a blossoming blush as it made its way to his flustered cheeks. Thankfully, his skin was covered in thick fur that hid his failing composure. In truth, since the awakening of his attention to the fairer sex, Tiberius had found the memory of Olive resurfacing every so often and it made him feel so... New. Unlike himself in the way he hadn't looked twice before he had the door unlocked by the waif of the snow. Now he found himself randomly getting flustered as the memory came to mind and it had been happening for a while now, irritating him as he found himself unable to do anything about it.

The titan knew that he couldn't simply seek Olive out for something so... well, it didn't really seem something that was done. That and Tiberius had no clue what the goddamn protocol even was, was a one night stand and a flirtationship something he should have spoken to her about? Did it mean he could not experience it with someone else? Did he want to? Molten depths screwed shut as he groaned, his forehead coming into direct contact with the boulder as he huffed and puffed. He wasn't so bold as to assume anything of Olive or what the flirtationship meant, but he was sure frustrated in his lack of experience in knowing what he was meant to do.

Talking to her seemed... like the right choice but it was also something he would like to put off for as long as possible. Talking with the waif was easy, easy as breathing yet this topic wasn't one he thought to approach. She wasn't the type to hide her thoughts, at least with him, and had she had any clear rules or boundaries or labels to give to him, the titan imagined she would have. So... he thought that it was best to keep his confusion to himself and take it as it came. Still, he wasn't sure if he would even remotely find someone as attractive as she was, in body and mind though he couldn't help himself in his curiosity.

The titan thought on swallowing his pride and venturing to @Reiko and ask her of her thoughts yet he felt too embarrassed to really entertain the idea. @Kuhn had been an option, too, but honestly he had no fuckin' idea what kind of shit he was in with @Valmúa so it was a can of worms Tiberius thought didnt really match his own. So really, even if he could swallow his pride and admit his absolute inexperience to someone else, who the fuck could he approach?

He groaned. He groaned as he pushed his forehead into the boulder as he felt the flourish of fire in his veins and decidedly, his head hurt. It hurt from thinking heavily on the Olive situation, on wondering if he would find someone the same as she, if he even could, what were feelings, why were his veins on fire and how did he make it stop ---

Tiberius funnelled a deep breath through his nose as he wondered if anyone else found themselves in the fuckin' conundrum that he found himself in. Life was somehow a little bit simpler when he didn't know what it was like to be breathtakingly attracted to another being yet he knew he wouldn't take back meeting Olive even if he could.

If there were any goddamn Gods, Tiberius felt like begging them for mercy. ^^

As her alliance was with few, Uriel had the freedom to move as she so pleased. Though homebound to the glade she claims as but a resting site, for it brought a comfort knowing there was a home elsewhere. She dreads the day someone else finds its beauty and dared to claim it as their own — and Uriel knows, she would have no choice but to move along. It was perhaps the one area she felt tied to despite soul going wayward, and not desiring to fall into a pack anytime soon. If such time came where she enjoyed a company, perhaps be.. Yet, at the time she didn't see herself going to one and asking to join.

Her stride had taken reign to the tundra, cold as it was for the winter coming forth. But her fur was plush and comforted, feeling not too out of place. Perhaps some part of her was an Arctic wolf, but in truth Uriel knew not of her origins.. And frankly, she lost the memory that was the past.

Her idle walking came across the sore thumb of the cold, black as the night it was and he leaned against a boulder. Was he..? Uriel couldn't help but tilt her head as the man seemed to gingerly push his head against it. He seemed like.. Someone in a thought process, yet she heard a moan of not pain but simple minor anguish, and she wondered..

"Excuse me," Uriel said, "are you alright sir'?"

No mercy would be given, not today. The titan stilled his head against the boulder as a feminine voice called out to him, his molten gaze pained lightly as the word sir swirled around in his brain. Whenever it was thrown his way by someone appropriate, Tiberius could not help the twitch in his spine. He eyed her from his periphery, little -- not as little as Reiko or Olive but certainly little enough to him -- and golden. Golden, cream and white he would later add as he pulled his head from the boulder and looked at her with furrowed silvery brows. He thought then that if there were Gods, they liked to laugh at his expense. To send a golden lady his way when his mind was struggling? It was a form of abuse, he was certain.

"Aye," he rumbled as he stepped back from the boulder and shook out his shoulders, tongue coming to sweep across the valley of scarred flesh. Tiberius found himself wondering if he could get away with how she had seen him bumping his head in pain against the boulder and not speak of what was troubling him. It was... embarrassing, really. Tiberius twisted his frame to face her, stretching out his neck as he scuffed his paws into the ground and tilted his head, "ain't seen likes of yah 'round 'ere 'fore." New to his Tundra, he thought, or perhaps she had been burrowed away in some remote corner he had yet to traverse. ^^

Her brows furrowed in a slight worry, for the man who pulled away his head and acted like nothing had happened.. Would be something she would ignore ; and yet she also knew that harm to the head was of no joke. What she saw seemed rather painful, and knew not if he had actually harmed himself in the process, for any wounds would be covered by his inkly, black fur. Yet a bright view took hold, and scars all around — she would have assumed he was a veteran warrior if not for his age, and continued to assume he was moreso an unlucky man.

"I am a wanderer, sometimes within the plains," she added, assuring she wasn't but some rival pack or someone trying to come in with her own.. Just a wayfarer, in this world. Though without aggression, Uriel stepped a bit closer and asked, "you seem.. To have a lot on your mind," she said after a moment of silence in thought. Momentarily thought to ask for his forehead, but did not.

A wanderer who frequented the Plains had found herself in a vastly different terrain. He eyed her, "a vagabond, aye?" It was said without judgement because really, who said that they had to do as each other and sell themselves to the idea of Pack life? How he had ended up in a pack was still uncertain, or really perhaps he did know -- he got protective and then he got responsible. He had thought himself intrigued by Reiko and Izumi, quickly feeling responsible and when a place in Reiko's empire had become offered, Tiberius had not faltered. He swallowed then and cast his molten gaze to the high heavens, feeling an age he was not as his bones grew weary. Yet it was the young, hot-blooded instincts that were strong now, pulling at his strings and demanded priority.

It didn't help the curious Vagabond was painted like treasure and he swore he could act the Pirate.

Bravely she stepped forward, her moonlight stare washing over him easily. Tiberius didn't falter or flinch, he stood watching her as her next set of words settled between them and he huffed a laugh, shaking his head in amusement and a brief flutter of annoyance. He should have known a lady with such inquisitive eyes and features would pick up on his mind but not see his attempt to cover it. "Ah," he rumbled as he rolled his shoulders, disfigured lips tilting.

"Curious 'lil golden girl, aye?" The Titan mused as he flicked his tail. "General woes of life, see." He shrugged, knowing he had gone this long without talking to anyone about anything-- despite his desire to but found himself unable.^^

"For for the time being," she said, while nodding. A tone of which she wouldn't mind such a day when a pack would come to — infact part of her had settled into that life with Rannoch and the wolverine, and yet that group now dispersed to nothing but wanderers. She couldn't simply through herself into a group without a trust ; Uriel desired a connection above all else, and couldn't put her heart and soul into a group she held no connection toward. There was not yet a wolf, or a group that brought the bond.

"It is worrying, to see someone so plagued by thoughts that they bash it against a rock." Times when her own nightmares and mind would plague herself, she could not imagine the frustrating, of physically trying to remove it. Though a stare of understanding, it could be mixed with a pity.

"What troubles you, sir?"

For the time being.

If she was to seek a Pack in the Tundra, she would be hard pressed to find one that wasn't difficult. Should he tell her to steer clear of The Everfrost if she valued her sanity -- he would advise everyone to steer clear of Valmua. The stress they would get from simply looking at her was enough to show them it wasn't worth their time. He supposed it was somewhat unfair, Frostchant wasn't particularly difficult, quiet in their dealings yet the brothers of Hrafnsvaktin had come of the same blood as Valmua and seemed less then eager to rein her in, so to Tiberius they were difficult too. Little else went on aside from the gremlin causing havoc for everyone, still, he supposed if she could survive the tundra she could survive Valmua. It was a matter of... not wanting to deal with her at all and if Treasure wanted peace, she'd not find it in the Everfrost.

"Is wise ta be picky 'bout where ya settle," he approved.

Tiberius cleared his throat in an awkward cough as she brought up what she had caught him doing. "Ah shit," he rumbled, "figured yah wouldn't be so kind as ta forget yah seens tha'." 'Cause really, that would have made the Gods borderline merciful and the lesson that Tiberius had long since learned... they were not. If they even existed, he mused. There she went again with sir and Tiberius drew his shoulders back and gave them a roll, willing his boyish reactions igniting in his belly to fuck off. "Figure I best give yah m'name if I's gonna pour m'troubles out ta yah, Treasure." Was he stalling?

Yeah, maybe. Would she notice? Probably. She had been intent to talk to him about him, so he thought it was likely he could only put her off a few times before she gave him a stare and he would know he would have little to save him -- unless he would want to be a rude bastard.
"Tiberius, at yah service Treasure." ^^

"Some could say i'm a bit too cautious," she said with the slightest chuckle within her voice. Though no one has truly called her that, she preferred.. Saying then calling herself an outward coward to the world. But it was true she was truly cautious about joining packs, but there was always a fear when it came to strangers. Unknowingly Uriel was slowly developing a slight tension when it came to approaching new wolves, and yet a compassion brought her forth to Tiberius, she didn't want to be a passerby who regrets on not helping, if the future come backs even worse then the present.

"I am Uriel." A flicker of her ear to 'treasure,' and wasn't too sure how to react to it.. Yet a part of her liked it, for nicknames was not something she remembers receiving within the past, one that remains in a blurry blisshood.

"Sometimes, wolves feel better talking to someone they do not know, for their words cannot carry to those they know." They did not know each other besides names, and she wasn't aware of the pack he was from, or those he knew. Uriel was a complete stranger to these tundra's, some vaguely knew her and yet none truly close enough besides of the knowledge, a golden loner roams the plains and tundra. She wasn't one to gossip nonetheless, but perhaps.. That could give him some courage to speak his mind, for another to listen where she may not be seen again, and so will his secrets.

But, if not, she would drop it.

He hummed as he eyed her, the word cautious being attached to her and he thought that maybe she wasn't entirely since she had approached someone much bigger than she with intent to inquire after his wellbeing. Admiral, little bit stupid but she retained some distance so perhaps cautious was the right word. "Well, nice ta mee'ya, Treasure," he so rarely spoke someones name that he liked, opting to call them by a nickname that he thought relevant and since she had not caused him anger and had not caused him to dislike her straight off the batt -- she would remain Treasure. That could change, he supposed. Uriel didn't seem to tell him not to call her anything other than her name, either, so Tiberius quirked a lip in a small smirk in victory and approval.

The titan breathed in deeply as he rolled his shoulders and cast his molten gaze to the sky as he weighed out her words and supposed her view held some merit. He had wanted to talk to someone, quickly steering away from the idea of talking to Reiko and he had chickened out of talking to Kuhn -- honestly, he knew he needed to get it out. "Fuck it," Tiberius grunted as he sighed, tongue licking out against missing flesh of his face as he kept his gaze away from Uriel. "I uh... got me a uh... someone," he tried, nose scrunching at the attempt and how foreign it felt to be talking of matters that weren't his duties or responsibilities.

"She's a real darlin'. We uh... we not exactly friends, yeah? Done shit tha' bit more than friendly," beneath his broken fur did his skin redden, embarrassment at talking about it seeping into his every pores. "Fuckin' 'ell," he grumbled his dismay as he flared his nose, this was fuckin' hard. "We... we talk an' shit. Shit feels both real an' like I's in a dream when we talkin' an' layin' an' I... look forward ta seein' 'er." He swallowed thickly, his damaged ears twitching to his own voice. "I's dunno wha' ta do. We ain't shit, really, ain't spoken 'bout it an' I dunno wha' on 'er mind." 'Cause he wasn't a mind reader and he wasn't sure whether to bring it up to her -- she could just like to fuck him and talk to him, hang out with him.

That's potentially all she wanted and Tiberius... well, he would accept it. He grunted, displeased at his own voice and promptly shut his mouth with a click! of his teeth. ^^

A gentle giant type, she could see — a most likely a pleasant lover. She wouldn't imagine his issues would be revolving around a girl, but Uriel didn't show that upon her face as she listened quietly through the whole time, formulating what exactly was happening in this situation, especially as she had to decipher through his thick accent. Though overall, it was a more, complicated sort of lovers way. Not a practice she was so familiar with, but already offering to be a lending ear..

"You both talked?" but, Uriel wasn't sure if their talk was a definite moment, "was it about your feelings for each other?" it seems though they rather, skipped an important step if already were.. Intimate, and made her understand his overall confusion in life. She saw romance as a rather straight road, of feeling being met with courting, and only then would further life continue, ending with a possible child down the road. Yet, it almost seemed like they were heading in the reverse.

"It sounds like you are very fond of her," she commented with a bright smile.
