Appearance

"The Winged Messenger" Well, for a winged messenger, Hermes fits the bill as the long, wispy and lissome creature is practically all legs, and those legs are heavily feathered.

Tha majority of his coat is a deep, lustrous copper, darkening slightly along his spine with hues of clay. His underside is white, however, which leads all the way up his throat and emcompasses the lower half of his muzzle. He has flecks of white that outline the shape of a dark auburn saddle, almost like feather markings. His legs are clay as well, but the feathering is white and his feet are white as well.

His eyes are silver, like mercury, but with a very fine ring of yellow around the left pupil, and cerulean around the right.

He also has a half tail. It's about 8 inches long in total. Most of it is copper but the underside is white.

Personality

Hermes is a messenger by nature and as such, often prefers to keep his personal opinions to himself so that he can avoid getting backlash for delivering unwanted news. He is keen and nosey, and has a mind like a steel trap. The effortless flamboyance of Gatsby, the impartial, self-interest of Aaron Burr, and the street smarts of one who has crossed paths with wolves from all walks of life.
