poke a sleeping bear...

The beast grumbled and snorted, coming to a slow rise from a dent he made in the ground. "THUMP THUMP" went every paw as it descended, disturbing the forest and it's creatures as he went.

Romping through, nose to the ground making loud huffing noises as he sniffed and search for tubers and other such things. A crunch or two if he was successful, nothing ever staying in his jaws for too long without being eaten.

And so he went, rustling through the woods, hungry as always as bears are.

Miriam enjoyed the forest immensely, it felt a connection to the Goddess herself, that she couldn't help but camp out within it for some time. She knew she could not remain here forever, but for the meanwhile inhaled of it's magic and all that there was, slumbering in it's depth and into the moss she laid. The morning came and so did the afternoon, and she finally rose from the prayers of so and knew.. Destiny was coming forth, and the birds sung politely as if to say their farwell.

She would be back, but on another day.

However the floor almost seem to.. Vibrate. Heavy steps ringing out and a musk in the air. Her ears flattened lightly, a worrisome face crossing as she released what was nearby — and was she far away enough, to flee before being noticed.
