Nyra had followed Sovereign back to the Eye after the incident at the Oasis.
She marched into Sovereign's den with an angered frown.
"I'm very disappointed in you. No daughter of mine would let her emotions get the best of her like that." The Deputy growled, watching as Sovereign's eyes went from angered to hurt.
"You will learn to control yourself. And to use some tact." Nyra rumbled.
She knew Sovereign understood she wasn't asking.
Sovereign made no efforts to argue, instead nodding in agreement with back-slanted ears.
"Good. Now come find me when you're done brooding."
With that handled, Nyra would turn and disappear to go handle her other duties.
Sovereign watched her mother leave, and with a heavy sigh decided to lie down, falling asleep after what felt like hours of staring at nothing.
