She still hadn't sorted out why she had been revived here, and no one could really tell her where here even was. Vaguely, she remembered feeling... different. Taller. Thinner. Walking differently (weirdly?). There was some fuzzy recollection of looking down and opening her... hands? Holding things, braiding her fur... hair? She didn't know anymore.
And that only made her mood even more dour, a (proverbial) little black cloud hanging over her head as she sat at the edge of the lake. She could have been a statue for all she moved, though she did startle when a man's voice and laugh came from behind her.
Tallulah was on her feet in seconds, ready to defend herself, to throw down and do whatever she had to do to stay free.
