He drew his head from the break in the ice, tongue coming to catch the stray droplets of icy cold water. Tiberius knew the gentle sheen of the the dropping sun was likely to stay for a little longer, illuminating his Tundra in shades of pink and orange and so he thought he would stay out a little longer. Eventually when pink and orange turned darker he would do his last patrol of the night but for the moment he would stretch out his spine. Easily his tail flagged above his rump as his thick forepaws kneaded the crunchy snow. The recent drama of Shiroshika and its unclaimed neighbours was enough to give him a headache; the result not one he wanted.

If he could remove the main problem, he would. Tiberius would likely do it eagerly, ridding both parties of the creamy-necked gremlin and wiping his paws of it all. Yet... Kuhn seemed happy to keep the little twit in his life and allow her to repeatedly cause his problems and so, Tiberius knew that what had happened was the only way it was going to go whilst the twit was still in the equation. Tiberius felt his disfigured lips twitch at even the mere thought of her, veins alive with a roaring fire that he wished would be real and consume her in the very element she tried to represent. Tiberius drew himself back to his full height and attempted to shake Kuhn and she-who-must-not-be-named from his head and in turn, the drama of Shiroshika.

The titan drew a hand paw to his head as he arched, his class scratching at the itch that plagued him.^^

Ever since his exchange with the little empress and her army of sycophants very little had changed. The tiger had hardly ever hunted that mountain range anyway, its scent now made his nose curl in distain.

It wasn't that he respected the wishes of the empress, at one time he might have. But now, it was just easier to let it be. If his prey happened to fall on those mountains, her wishes wouldn't stop him, though if possible , it would be best to avoid it if he could.

Out of the corner of his eye the striped beast watched the sun fall, as he began his long walk home to his den before the tempature dropped further.

His haste may have been somewhat apparent by his blood stained maw, now partially frozen over. Wishing the sun would stay a bit longer, his glance caught a familiar shape on the borders of that petty little empress. It was Tiberius.

Shaking out some snow from his mane, he figured he could spare a moment. Calling out to the wolf with a yowl, Kuhn adjusted his course sauntering over and closing the distance.

A yowl that he knew by heart called out to him and straightening from his scratching session, the titan turned his molten gaze towards Kuhn. The feline seemed to hold no grudge against the Shiroshikan Samurai as he drew himself off of his path and towards Tiberius. In truth, he wasn't entirely sure where they stood now -- he had become friends with the feline even before the gremlin had encouraged the tension between the tiger and Shiroshika but he hadn't a clue of what it meant. Tiberius was a loyal man, loyal to his death, to Pack, to friends, to... well, he had nothing else to be loyal to, so he knew that if he was made to pick, it would be something he wouldn't wish for.

Kuhn didn't seem to be bothered, really and Tiberius supposed if the cat wanted to mention it, he would. The titan couldn't lie and say he wasn't disappointed that the fragile peace between the feline and Shiroshika had been broken. He had put in the work to make it successful yet it had all been undone and it wasn't something he could fix. Or well... he wondered how much could have been avoided had Kuhn's gremlin taken an early grave. The titan eyed the cat as he approached and to test the waters, he extended his neck to see if they would do the aggressive head-butting that Kuhn had taught him. ^^

Not entirely sure if he would be greeted by his friend Tiberius, or one of the empress' border guards, Kuhn cross stepped for a moment apprehensively, lashing his tail. It came as a relief that Tib seemed to greet him in the feline fashion, which Kuhn would return. Lowering his head, the cat ran his head into the side of the Titan's, dragging it down his neck for a moment.

It wasn't the fault of the guard in any way for what happened, it was a problem with Reiko. Though now he couldn't help but wonder why such a respectable man would serve such an emotional leader.

"What's new?", asked the cat while shaking out some snow landing in his mane.

Kuhn would return the gesture and settling some of Tiberius' worry, his head coming to ruffle down the side of the wolf's neck for a few moments before he pulled back. The titan shrugged his shoulders as he cast his gaze to the snow as it was discarded from the cat's mane, "nothin'. Been quiet since... y'know." Yeah, he would know. Tiberius felt his brows furrowing as he grew uncertain on whether to talk about it with the cat or to let it drift away. He had no doubt that it would come back to bite him in the ass no matter what he did, because so long as the gremlin was at the felines side, Tiberius knew he would be pulled in two directions.

"Doin' m'usual shit," he rumbled, shrugging his shoulders once again as he would set his rump on the snowy ground. He eyed the feline, "wha' 'bout yah? Anythin' new?" ideally removing the leech from yah, he thought dryly. ^^

In typical feline fashion, Kuhn dipped down into a bow, stretching out his back, before lawling out his tongue in a yawn. "Quiet? Admit it, your little pack is gonna miss me. " he responded half sarcastic before being caught by another yawn.

"Ahh- sorry..." He continued, snapping his Jaws shut, cutting short, his sleepy expression.

"Ya what are you guys gonna do for fun now? No more cats to bark at ." , flopping down, licking something out of the crevice of his claw.

"I've been pretty good, exploring a little, hunting, same stuff, a few visitors to the Everfrost her and there." , then flipping his paw over looking at the pad, a bit distracted. "You know, your still welcome to hunt down there, despite what your master says."

Tiberius shrugged, "I's ain't givin' a shit if tha Pack missin' yah," he rumbled, "I's know I's will." Or well, he would see Kuhn regardless -- he just missed that it would have been easier, had they remained in a place of peace. Tiberius could differentiate and separate Kuhn from Valmua, where most could not but even he found it tricky to think the cat his friend when she was around. When she was at the felines side, Tiberius thought that Kuhn did not see him as a friend. A sheet was pulled over his grey eyes and Kuhn the playful mate that Tiberius had garnered went away for a little while.

"Don't play me like tha'," the titan grunted as he puffed out an icy cloud of air from his lungs. Kuhn didn't see the parts where it wasn't just the wolves at fault, which... he supposed he wasn't entirely surprised. It had initially taken a while to get through to the feline in the first place. "I ain't ever been involved in any of tha' shit wit' trespassin' and thievin'," so he didn't bark at anyone, thanks. Tiberius lowered himself to his belly as he stretched out his toes in the snow. Everfrost? His nose twitched as one particular wolf who called the Everfrost home came to mind and he wondered if the feline had met her. "Who ya met from Everfrost? Not a very big Pack, from what I's seen," he rumbled, rolling his shoulders.

Master?

Tiberius stilled as he eyed Kuhn and he frowned, "I's not got no master. She's m'Alpha, different shit." Tiberius clenched his jaw, the muscles ticking as he released a small huff and lifted a hind paw and arched his neck to scratch lazily at an itch. "Dunno, reckon yah wolf would 'ave an issue wit' me comin' an' goin'," he rumbled with a quirked brow, did Kuhn not see Valmua's own distaste? Her own hypocrisy? She'd go into other peoples borders without an invitation but Lord have mercy if someone who was invited came onto the land she leeched from Kuhn. "I's not lookin' fer verbals whenever I's fancy a 'unt," he huffed, lowering his hind paw back down as a forepaw would lazily flick some snow towards the feline. ^^

Cocking his head, Kuhn seemed to be genuinely touched by the Titians response to his sarcastic remark. In fact there was alot Kuhn said that could have been inflammatory, though Tiberius seemed to let it roll off his back. Still a bit clueless, Kuhn didn't know the degree of distaste Valmua and Tiberius had for eachother, figuring the bridge could be mended.

"Alpha?", Kuhn asked, the word obviously foreign to him. "So a friend, who rules you?" , perking his ears in curiosity.

"No, the Everfrost... My territory? I know your alpha told you not to, but I still want you to hunt there." , rolling onto his back, rubbing himself around in the snow, as if to scratch some sort of itch.

Clawing at the bits of snow that where flicked his way, he looked at Tib upside down. "Don't worry about Val. She will be fine." , he breathed lashing his tail still on his back. Figuring, if the two got to know eachother they could be friends too, after all the tiger liked both of them, how could they really hate eachother.

He shrugged a hefty shoulder, "eh. Sorta. Someone ya put ya faith in, yeah? To lead ya in tha righ' direction, who leads. Rulin' is... dated bullshit." Tiberius didn't like the idea of the word ruling, it made things seem too much like he was owned. "Pack is family, yeah? Blood don't got nothin' ta do wit' it sometimes." He appreciated Kuhn looking to understand it better, as opposed to just shrugging off the chance to learn more about wolves.

"Ah fuck, yeah -- sorry mate, 'ead ain't thinkin' straigh'." Tiberius rumbled as he tilted his own head to the side as the feline rolled around in the snow, telling Tiberius of his desire for the wolf to remain using his hunting grounds. He quirked a silvery brow as the cat peered to him from upside down, telling him that Val would be fine. He snorted as he rolled his shoulders, "alrigh' but don't say I's not warned yah." The titan stepped forward to get closer to the feline as he laid on his pack, lifting a thick paw to kick up some snow into Kuhn once again but more since he was closer.

"Likin' tha snow, mate?" ^^

Tiberius looked so different upside down, really so did a lot of things though.   Remaining on his back the cat half stared up at him as he explained more wolf-speak.  The clouds in the sky above Tiberius kinda looked like ice and snow, and now the mountains dipped down, instead of poking up. Maybe the idea of a leader made sense, though he wouldn't choose Reiko, not if he had the choice.

Even while upside down, it looked like something was on his friends mind, after-all he said he couldn't think straight.  "Ya, well what is she even going to do about it?", chuffed the tiger with an upside down smile, his upper lip pulled back by gravity.

In the midst of the funny looking spot Kuhn was in, a heap of powdered snow landed on his exposed face.  Shaking it out with a sneeze, the tiger then locked eyes with the wolf for a moment, eyes dilated.  Suddenly rolling to his side, Kuhn hooked his paw across the ground sending a wave of powder back at Tiberius.

Side eyeing the wolf his tail danced behind him now, his muscles coiled.
