The matchmaking was a hit! Individuals from all over had come to offer themselves for a potential partner and Reiko kept herself occupied by seeing who would be a better match with who. The first ones up felt like a recipe for success.

She brought them a rabbit to share and a nice little spot not too far from the water's edge, but close enough to enjoy the view without getting too cold. The trees that hung above the spot would block out the breeze and she made their little rendez-vous clear by lining it with a few flowers he had found back home.

As soon as she thought the spot was perfect, she was quick to tell them both that their dat was ready. Hopefully the first would go smoothly and be a positive start to this season.

Rayen had signed up for this little pow-wow as a joke. A way to pass the time and maybe even make some new friends. Not look for a lover. But that didnt mean she was closed to the idea - just not very hopeful. Arranged marriages or relationships kind of wigged her out. It never made sense to her how someone could look at her basic traits and wants, and pair her with someone similar. It didnt feel organic, but rather structured and odd. But all things considered, she was rather odd.

The blonde woman arrived at the rendezvous point a bit early, afraid of being late or getting lost along the way. So when she arrived at the beautiful scene, she couldnt help but smile. Reiko had done such a lovely job creating a fun and romantic ambiance. With the splash of the continuous waterfall crafting a soft lullaby in the background, paired with the Vale and the flower petals that littered the floor, it was clear a lot of thought had gone into this date. Something she would be sure to tell Reiko.

However, her date had yet to arrive. Something the woman took note of, but didnt let it bother her. Again, she wasnt here to find love. If it found her - great. Excellent event. But Rayen's goal was really to expand her network and maybe even gather some intelligence on rare herbs that grew in their selected homes. Oh! Just the thought of consuming oddities made her lips tug up into a smile.

Ears flickered as a gentle breeze swept through the land, the movement causing her fur to sway and the petals to dance. It was soothing, a caressing sensation that eased any bundle of nerves. Hopefully this man wasnt weird or some psychopath.
