A thick fog settled over the forest, its hazy color swallowing any in its depths. And from these depths emerged a dark gray figure, black and russet tones dappled over its lithe form. Burning amber eyes surveyed the forest, and a sneer found its way onto the woman's lips. This was the perfect place to call her home.
Valentina was a woman of shadows, prowling about in search of the next target she planned on sinking her claws into. Yes, Val was a beautiful rose, as her mother loved to call her, but she had thorns. Thorns that cut anyone who ever came too close. Pricked those who attempted to pluck her blossoms.
How unfortunate for them, she loved the color red.
"What a day." She hummed as she extended her body in a stretch. The woman reached down and knicked her paw with her canines, amber eyes taking in the bright stream of blood that burst from the wound. Perfect. Now, she just needed to wait for someone who would come to her rescue.
