Narcissa did not ponder if this was a dream or a reality or somewhere in between, too engrossed in the way it all felt so natural regardless. A certain warmth cocooned the area, heating her skin comfortably, not unbearably, and it felt a touch hazy. Like if she was a careful creature, she might fear of getting lost to the haze, but Narcissa was a girl who went with the flow and so, she moved easily.
Uncaringly, as if it might be as normal as anything to come across strange leaf boats floating in the water, her owlish gaze blinking at them as she wondered what they might feel like beneath her paws. An ethereal glow cast itself upon the grass and flowers, fireflies dancing around her, and Narcissa remained enchanted.
Her airy laugh chimed as a firefly hovered around her nose as the leaves floated by, and Narcissa angled her nose up to gently touch against the lightning bug to see what it might do. Surprised, it jolted, but moments later it settled down upon her nose, casting her features in a gentle glow.
