Welcome to my interest checker! I had this half baked idea for a new character
I have recently created named Meris (after drooling over her design for the better part of half a year). It’s recently consumed all my focus and now we’re here. This is still very much in the early stages in terms of structure of ranks, finding a name, and location for the pack to reside. Depending on the amount of interest, I will release adopts with pre-built in ties and histories with Meris, lore, fleshing out of the ranks, traditions and festivals, the laws of the group, territory/location, and finally the bane of my existence: a group name. Side note: if you have any ideas for names for the group, hmu because I suck at naming groups.

The pack is based on the Seelie and Unseelie with several different courts that make up one large court. My goal? Have a pack that worships my character and have intermingling politics that may or may not be similar to Game of Thrones.

Note: this is a 3-3-3 pack due to its darker elements and takes on the Fair Folk and fairy tales. Read at your own risk.

This group was inspired by hoshposh of Celtic and Gaelic lore, modern media, and my own world building thrown into the mix with a sprinkling of classic fairytales. There is no “accurate” way to play the Fey and everyone is welcomed! <3

With every iteration over the generations, the tale has evolved, but one element has remained constant: the Moon is the Creator. As the Mother of the Fey and all of their Fair Folk, our goddess, Our Lady of the Sea and Sky, Maiden of the Moon, is held in high regard. The beginnings of her life are unknown, a recollection eroded by the unrelenting march of time. However, one Divine Truth endures: she is an unchanging constant, deserving of unwavering devotion and reverent worship. She walks among us, and as such, we must offer her the respect that our Lady of Silverlight rightfully commands.

THE FIVE COURTS

I’ve broken down the four courts into two traditional alignments: Seelie (good) and Unseelie (bad), but this is no way a “hard rule”. Character’s and their stories can push them one way. The alignments (and honestly stereotypes in general) are just predominant expectations of a Court. I’ll elaborate more on the courts below! The Courts are subject to change once I gather more information on their potential lords and ladies, but for the most part these are just generalizations.

THE HIGH COURT

— The High Queen's residence, where she maintains court over her whole realm, is the real seat of authority. Meris is in charge, her word is law, and she has ultimate authority. The Lords and Ladies of the Seasonal courts, who only submit to their High Queen's whims, or members of Meris' household, or her "family," are considered members of the High Court. Meris only gives this honor to those who are most loyal and committed to her; this is a place of prestige and power.

THE AUTUMN COURT

— As summer’s days grow shorter and winter’s chill becomes more prominent, autumn’s twilight takes over. Autumn is a season of change and transition from summer to winter and therefore displays a mixture of both these court’s characteristics. The ruler of Autumn varies, changing like the court itself, from humble fey who respect and embody the harvest season and capricious fey who seek to bring terror and mischief in their wake. Autumn stands as a time of abundance and harvest, a final flourish of prosperity before winter’s icy embrace takes hold.

The denizens of the autumn court are primarily unseelie, though the court's true nature is often more complex than the simplicity that categorization implies. While autumn is commonly viewed as a time of joy and revelry (and considered to be in a state of constant jubilation), it often conceals darker truths, where sinister beings mingle with the cheerful and benevolent. The season is marked by grand feasts, vibrant festivals, and the allure of the hunt, making it a time of both celebration and intrigue.

Those a part of the autumn court are the most colorful sort and draw from the spectrum of all the other courts. Their fur can be seen in shades of black, brown, russet, orange, gold, silver, and even soft pastels, while their eyes display an extensive range of colors, often defying categorization. The Autumn court shares an alliance with Winter, yet maintains a fierce rivalry with its counterpart, Spring. Presently, the Autumn court is under the leadership of Lord (INSERT NAME HERE), known as Meris’ Child Surprise.

THE WINTER COURT

— The cold of the season signals a period of bleakness and severity as autumn ends and winter draws nearer. In the face of great suffering, winter reveals true character by reducing even the strongest creatures to their most basic impulses. The weak are culled in this cold environment, allowing the resilient to not only survive but flourish in the spring and summer. With a focus on themes of community and perseverance, this season encourages reflection and stillness when amongst cruelty.

Under the watchful eye of High Queen Meris, the powerful King of Winter—(INSERT NAME HERE)—leads the Winter Court. A recurring theme among the Winter fey is their brutality and emotional distance from one another. It is frequently tempered with a chilling edge, even when some engage in the cunning and humorous mischief that is characteristic of fey. But even in the middle of this cruelty, a small percentage of people exhibit love, gentleness, and compassion by siding with the unsightly.

Visually, those of the Winter Court often sport a striking palette of deep greys, blue and purple roans, blacks, and silvers, their eyes shimmering in shades of pale blue, silver, or muted gray. They stand in stark opposition to the warmth of summer, yet find a strange kinship with their unseelie relatives from autumn. In this chilling realm, survival is paramount, and strength is the only currency that matters.

THE SPRING COURT

— As the harsh chill of winter gives way, spring emerges as a vibrant herald of renewal and rebirth. It is a season brimming with vitality and hope, where those who endured the rigors of winter can find solace in the playful embrace of the spring court. This enchanting realm is predominantly inhabited by the Seelie fey, known for their love of art, music, and merriment. They are spirited pranksters and revelers, often drawn to joyous celebrations, though their capriciousness can sometimes reveal a more self-centered, egotistical side.

Members of the spring court often exhibit whimsical appearances, adorned in soft pastel furs of cream, beige, blush, and tan, with eyes reminiscent of dandelions and lush evergreens. While this palette is typical, an array of other colors can also be observed, reflecting their vibrant personality. The spring court maintains a lively rivalry with the autumn court but enjoys a close alliance with the summer court, all under the watchful favor of the esteemed High Queen Meris. They are currently ruled by the Prince of Fools, (INSERT NAME HERE).

THE SUMMER COURT

— As the vibrant celebration of spring gives way to the sultry embrace of summer, the inhabitants of the Summer Court—aligned with the Seelie—emerge as larger-than-life beings, both in personality and stature. Here, the fey adopt a more tribal and warlike manner, which is frequently characterized by their fiery tempers and easily agitated personalities. These creatures are known for their passionate natures, are proud and audacious, and are easily angered.

In the Summer Court, you will meet creatures who are radiant, lively, and brilliant, yet whose unrelenting energy may also have a merciless and vindictive edge. This realm's fey frequently have an air of superiority that no other court can match. Even though many may have the best of intentions, they always have their own agendas and are skilled at manipulating the truth to suit them. One might liken these summer fey to charming tricksters who, while offering you a smile and a feast, could just as easily plunge a dagger into your back.

With their gorgeous fur in shades of russet, red, blonde, gold, and even ginger, the Summer Court fey visually embodies the fiery spirit of their season. Their eyes lack a single standard and are a mix of vivid colors. The legendary Painted Lady, (INSERT NAME HERE), is in charge of this colorful court.
