trouble adding avatars

Hi there! 

I'm having a bit of trouble adding avatars for my characters. I have tried both uploading from downloads and adding URL's, but neither works. It doesn't give an error code.. it just simply reloads the screen and doesn't change the image. Maybe it's something on my end.

Could I have a bit of help? Thanks!

Hi!

Typically this means that the file size that you are trying to upload is too big for canis' avatar. Try resizing smaller, or compressing the file!

Ah, thank you! I was under the impression it would resize itself, but it would seem not. XD I have found a way to resize them. Thank you!

They typically resize themselves, but if the image is far too large, it just blanks out like you were experiencing. Closing out since this is solved!
