A tall, well built creature with fiery orange eyes, Crux strikes an imposing form. His body is covered in a thick coat of curly fur which especially likes to curl up around his face almost like a lion's. His paws are large and have five toes on each paw (polydactyly) - a mark of his ancestry that has passed down from parent to child for as long as he can remember. His face is sharp, with the angle from nose to forehead almost pin-straight, only shifting when he snarls to more openly reveal his massive canines.

While Crux's size may be outwardly intimidating, he carries himself with a quiet ease that comes from knowing oneself. Oftentimes, his first approach to a stranger will be made with an air of friendship and mutual benefit, though beneath that gentle smile is a forever-calculating mind.

Personality

Crux is a rather inquisitive individual, often asking questions about the world and those he meets in it. Though he didn't know his mother well before being separated from her, he bears much of the same personality as she, ambitious and calculation tucked away behind a warm personality. While he may be unintentionally intimidating, he can be sweet, especially around children and those he deems as his.

Cursed with a heart so large it overflows, he loves without regret and without hesitation, though his nerves may get the better of him and make him overthink some interactions at first. This overflowing love extends to any children he might beget, whether they live with him in Ichorwood or across the map. He can be stubborn at times, wanting to have his way, but if he can avoid it, he will avoid actual physical confrontation, as it reminds him of his past as a slaver.

History

Crux was a child thrown instantly into turmoil. Born to a mistress of a god, his mother raised him with ambition in his blood. Raised in a pack full of murder and strife, he had to be strong to survive, taking rank as an Officer in charge of the slaves that his pack was so fond of taking.

And survive he did. Even when the Valley fell to flame and war, he survived, roaming the woods for years before waking in the midst of a red forest that he was soon to name Bleakwood and then later Ichorwood - named for the blood of the gods that spilled to make his new life a reality.

Relationships

Crux is pansexual and polyamorous. Any lovers he takes he will care about and will visit when possible, especially if children occur. He will want to be a part of their lives if at all possible and will feel great regret if that ends up being impossible for any reason.
