In his clean and tidy appearance, Clay's thick mane of fur acts as a security system, blanketing his face where cheek fur hangs past his chin in curly and heavy tassels. Against the horizon, Clay is as bright as the sun over a snowy escape, the pales of his underfur stark against the dark charcoal and glittering silver that characterize his face, backside, and thick tail.
