Jakob is a smooth man. Often he lacks initiative for what he's doing, but in no way will someone know that. He's one for choosing and picking his words, trying to find the best way to make sure someone thinks that he knows what he's doing. He can't handle embarrassment from not.
He's one for rhythm and he likely has some vague OCD. He can't handle the thought that something is out of place, and if it is it bothers him endlessly. He has to fix something right away or else he won't be able to focus on anything else. He'll probably end up sitting and staring at it if he deems it wrong.
Surprisingly this gentleman can be a bit of a flirt at times, although it's never intentional. He's one to give heavy compliments without even thinking twice. This usually occurs with people he's comfortable around, and those compliments will only grow the more and more he feels for someone.

He's a very calm person. It's a surprise if Jakob ever gives too big of an outburst. Even in the most dire of situations he's miraculously able to keep a straight face. He handles things with a forward mindset, and if it happens, in his mind, there's always an inverse operation that can be done. There's hardly ever a time when Jakob gets too worked up over something, and if he is then something direly wrong may be able to occur. Still this is rare and it's an expectation that others often end up giving, just that Jakob will be sitting there with that calm expression of his.
His trust goes to most people. Despite his vague obsessing over things he wholeheartedly trusts that other people will be able to get something done. He's like a sheriff who reins over a police force. He just prefers to trust that those around him will get something done, and that he won't need to worry too much about some things. He'd much rather give and order and then watch as said order is executed. This pans out perfectly for him as he is not one to get his paws dirty. He wants the muscle men to handle everything.
Jakob is a very laxed person. In pair with his calm collected personality he just can be very laid back at times. He's the type of person you'd want to go to for a calm time. Maybe a nice beer or something. He'll sit you down, and you won't even need to talk. He's comfortable with silence. In fact, that's his favorite way to hang out with somebody. He just wants to sit in silence as you both watch the scenery around you. He can be very in the moment, and sometimes he may end up forgetting you're even next to him. He just spaces off into the distance. Either that or his eyes are gently closed. He can be considered rude because of this, and he understands that. He prefers to find people who share this similar mindset. The people who like to just sit and enjoy a moment. Those are his favorite people, and it's rare that his friendship circle may consist of something other than this. It's like a fish out of water when he's with a boisterous certain someone.

— Jakob is a leanly built coyote who's below average in height. Despite this he holds himself with a straight and posh posture, often standing tall on his slim lean legs. This in itself helps absolutely nothing for his height, but he likes to think it does. He's clad in a scale of browns, the lightest being a tannish brown that follows from the end of his muzzle down to his jaw. This keeps going down the underside of his neck and extends all the way from his chest to his crotch. This color grows slightly darker when it's place on his paws, like ankle socks. He has a neutral brown for the rest of his body. It grows darker at the crest of his slim muzzle and it makes an appearance on the front of his forearms and lower legs up to his thigh. It also appears at the tips of his ears and on a spot on the back of his tail. He also has a golden earring on his right ear that hangs at the base of it. It's a small pole with a ball attached to the bottom of it. It's often prone to getting caught in things, of even his hair itself.
— He smells heavily of perfume, surprisingly. He smells of numerous flowers and wildlife, like those bottles you'd get at the store that smell chemically of flowers. It's more justifiable like this as it's not necessarily a flower smell, it has more chemical hints to it. Sometimes he also has the faint smell of whiskey to him, but that's only if Jakob hasn't had time to rub himself in a field of flowers to keep up that heavy initial smell.

He likes it when there's a certain order to things. He doesn't like foreign ideas, and he prefers it when things stay the same. As mentioned he may have some vague OCD symptoms. Every morning he has a certain thing he must do, and he can and will complain if this rhythm is thrown off. This morning rhythm usually consists of waking up, shaking his pelt, going to find the nearest lake or river, washing himself, then going and laying back down for a few moments before going on with his day. He can't stand it when that doesn't happen, and often times he'll hold off very important things just so that he can go through this routine. It can often cause issues, but honestly? Jakob doesn't and will not care how much of an inconvenience this is. He must do this.
Despite all of his other little quirks Jakob is a comfortable person, and he tries his best to ensure the comfortability of others. Even if he has a few little things he must do for himself, most if not everything else he does is for the comfort of his companions. He'll go lengths for this, if the length is whatever easily accessible in this moment. Admittedly he isn't one for going to the ends of the earth to make sure someone he cares about is comfortable, but he will go moderately farther than the average person, without being too exaggerative. Although he will often check up on someone, just as a 'hey, are you alright?' If it's something he can immediately fix, he'll do it, but if it's something he isn't he'll bother with it at a later date.
Admittedly Jakob can be a very lazy person. This has been mentioned sparsely before in previous chunks of his personality, but it will be fully expressed now. While being very laid back this extends to other things as well. He hates doing work. He gets exceptionally nitpicky about things, but he will expect someone else to fix that quickly for him. It takes a lot for him to actually move to do something, and he will mentally be groaning about it. He isn't a strong type nonetheless, but it's even more upsetting when he has to actively work towards his goal. Go figures. That's part of the reason why he sticks around Austin so much, the outgoing coyote will gladly do things for him, which he likes. He's grateful to those who do end up catering to him, so at least there's that.
