Appearance

As a polar bear she has thick white fur, the thickest of any bear species. Underneath her skin is a thick 4 inch layer of blubber. These adaptations help her stay easily warm in her harsh cold environment. Her paws are slightly webbed used for swimming, and sport thick sharp and curved claws. Her claws help grip frozen ice or slippery prey, and can cause great damage in battle. She has a great amount of muscle and sheer strength with the size to back it up. Her teeth and jaws are very strong, able to tear tough hides and frozen carcasses, and easily rip flesh. She has dark brown eyes, a black nose, and black paw pads. Her tail is short. She has a very good sense of smell, which she can use to tell a lot by just scent. Standing on her hind legs she is 96 inches. She has smooth curves on her, outlining her form as a female, and adds to her beauty as a female polar bear.

Personality

As a polar bear she loves the water and loves to swim in it. Underneath the water its like a second mystical world that she belongs to. She is a greatly skilled hunter and loves to hunt. She eats a ton of meat to keep herself healthy and fed. As a large polar bear she tends to go after larger game, which is very easy for her. Her favorite food are seals, other marine mammals, and frozen caracasses, but she will also eat other prey carcasses and live prey available in the area she's in. Aside from meat, she will also eat berries. She tends to roam and never stay in one place but she sticks to the tundra because that is the environment her kind belongs in. She is a very intimidating creature, and a strong adversary. She uses her size to her advantage. Weakness is unacceptable, only strength is acceptable. She takes pride in being a polar bear and believes her species is superior. Due to this she tends to look down on other species, and voice their faults when she chooses to. She holds herself with dignity, pride, and power. She doesn't mind meeting new animals, but she usually spends her time hunting and roaming. She is very intelligent and likes to make her den in caves. Her voice is strong and she speaks with unwavering strength. She can be blunt when she chooses to be. She can rarely ever be swayed, a free spirit to do as she pleases. Her loyalty goes to where she chooses. She enjoys the harsh freezing cold, and the water, but the best water to her is freezing water which she can easily swim in due to her being made for the unforgiving cold. She is a polar bear after all, and a true carnivore. Ursine knows carnivores are always competing for food one way or another, and she intends to win every time. Food is not to be taken for granted.

History

She is a native to these lands born in the Tundra and her entire bloodline is from the Tundra. She is a proud member of the house of Winterfell. All of her bloodline in the Winterfell bloodline believes in polar bear superiority, it takes root from their history. A long time ago the Winterfells ruled a kingdom of bears, grizzlies and polar bears. Ursine plans on reviving that kingdom.
Ursine's mother is a loving, cruel, and strict teacher. She claimed that females should only mate with the strongest and most powerful males in order to keep future genes strong. She wants her daughter Ursine to bring the Winterfell name back to glory, and advise her to reclaim their birthright to the kingdom their ancestors once ruled. Ursine is the only one of her litter, and her mother's last litter. Her mother intends to guide her daughter as they rebuild their kingdom. Ursine greatly respects her mother.
