Hyper melanitstic, Cavanaugh is completely black. He lacks any light in his coat and only a few shades of lighter tones can be seen in brighter light due to the shift in his fur's angles. He has a slightly darker sclera around the conjunctiva, it comes off slightly grey-ish brown but not super noticeable unless one looks for it. His teeth are a slightly darker shade of yellow as well, though they are perfectly healthy they are simply darker. Cavanaugh's mouth and gums are a deep shade of purple-blue, matching his dark complexion.
