Come rest your bones next to me

Rather small wolf covered in dense fur that ranges from cream to snow white. Along with a light saddle marking of a silvery gray that goes up to his tail that can almost disappear in the right lighting. His eyes are a shade akin to raw gold, with a darker ring around the edge of the iris. His build is more of that of a hunter's than a fighter's, and this is made more obvious by the complete lack of any battle blemishes on his skin.

Being left alone with his thoughts is something Caligo is very familiar with. Though the thoughts he is left with are loud, anxiety inducing ones. Which is why he does everything in his power to not be left with them. He'll gladly entertain whoever will have him., especially if they're willing to explore.
His nomadic lifestyle is complementary to his compulsive tendencies. And his greatest ambition in life is being able to explore new land, and meet new people. The bane of that, is of course his easily-made attachments to those he meets, and the pain that stems from leaving them.

Pre-Canis
Caligo was born into a small pack consisting of less than ten grown wolves. All of french descent. Born as the only one in his litter, he quickly made friends with the other pups in his pack. Specifically his future best friend Osiris. The boys were nearly polar opposites, Caligo was small and light-pelted, and the youngest in his family of 7. Who had a general disdain for his family. While Osiris was a large dark furred pup, and the oldest of 8 who loved his siblings.

The pair became inseparable as they grew. Almost never leaving each other's side. With one exception. Isla was the only wolf in the pack who primarily spoke English. She was also the healer for the pack. Caligo was taught both these skills from the woman. Her devotion is what inspired his interest in becoming a medic himself.

It was the fall after they both turned one that set them on their path. He and Osiris were allowed to venture away from the pack alone for the first time. Their task was to gather some herbs from the nearby mountain range. As a right of passage of some sorts.
