Such beautiful features to lay and be wasted on this cretin. The structure of his face is found handsome to most, as though crafted by the wise hands of God themself. Golden and sandy tan spots that make his face glow, as if he were wrapped in an angel's feathers; a halo resting on his crown. Icy blue eyes stare back at those who meet him, with sharp and sudden splashes of red mixed within.
His coat appears as though freshly spotted with blood, but quick inspection would soon reveal they are merely blemishes on his otherwise black pelt.

Personality

Personality;
Absolutely full of himself. He knows the value of his good looks and how few fail to be charmed by him. He uses this to his advantage regularly. Lucy feels no grief or guilt over the usage of others and freely manipulates anyone with zero regard, even those he might find closest to him.
Lucy does not think he has friends or ever will have friends. Not because he knows he sucks, quite the contrary: but because nobody would be worthy enough to be his friend except for himself. A deep and utter lacking of trust in others.

Lucy has an aggressive disliking for most authority for the one and only purpose being that he wishes to be the authority instead. This often gets in the way of himself, to the point of needing to be "babysat" by others in order to prevent an emotional outburst.
Speaking of emotional outbursts- Lucy is quite prone. Slight inconveniences, rejections, or any strong emotion will set him over the edge into an explosive tirade filled with tears and screaming. Only treating him like the baby angel he thinks he is will calm him down. If Lucy feels like he wants something and isnt getting it, he will sometimes "fake" his own outbursts in order to emotionally manipulate those around him into giving him what he wants.

To Summarize, Lucy is most certainly, in every way, incapable of being normal and not an asshole.

History

Lucy probably isn't just a raging dickwad for no reason.

Something in his past has turned him hateful and greedy, his pride tender and easily bruised. Abuse of power that turned trauma generational, and a once doll-eyed young pup into a heartless, cruel creature full of malice and malevolence. Only to then be shunned for being the very monster they created, though dirty laundry aired, and the angry ball of teeth tossed to the wayside: exiled.

Buuuuut due to his assholian nature, it would be a hard fought battle to pry such knowledge from his precious lips. Good luck, though!
