Appearance
A small, twitchy little creature with unkempt fur; he tends to move around with quick, jerking motions, pausing every so often to scratch at an itch that can seemingly never be satisfied while nervously scanning the horizon. His paws are slight but nimble, ending in sharp claws that can quickly ascend most vertical surfaces with a grace and ease unsuited to his regular persona - yet his true skill lies in the great flaps of skin tucked into his sides with a great wide tail fanning out behind him for balance, both of which grant him the ability to glide silently overhead.
You can often see the whites of his eyes.
Well, they would be white, except they always seem suspiciously red and strained.
Personality
He's the crackhead who starts fights because of the complete disconnect between his brain and his mouth. None of it is ever meant seriously, but his mouth often gets him into trouble, and his skin-flaps aren't always quick enough to get him back out of it; nevertheless, he is doggedly loyal to The Don, and by proxy all those who also serve the Collective as well. He occasionally stutters - not a birth trait, but something that has emerged with time due to over-usage of The Stuff - and has become more manic and paranoid along with it.
Harbors a fear of birds.
History
Found lying in the streets amid a pile of trash, beaten to hell in a stupor, Vezio was taken in and nursed back to health by The Don who had quickly assessed that the squirrel might someday be a valuable asset to The Collective. Keeping him supplied with a steady flow of The Stuff - which, whatever it was, no one would say, nor could it be identified or traced in any form - Vezio remained hopelessly and voluntarily enslaved to the family, strung along with promises of enough Stuff to drown in as an unintentional attachment gradually began to develop.
What started out as a cruel transaction of services now held real meaning for the small creature, as he began to regard The Don more and more as a comrade and stalwart leader and far less as a prison warden - for he was the head of the Family, guiding them to glory and riches.
He has now found himself awakened in Canis after a heist gone wrong, in which he found himself mid-glide when a hawk suddenly snatched him out of the air and took him for dinner.
