History

Jupiter has known the role he was meant to play since he was little but a child. His mother was a gifted soothsayer who served as the advisor and closest confidant of her lord. When the time came for the king to produce an heir, she too was paired with a suitable man so that she would bear a child that would someday serve the future king as she served the current one.

The king's consort produced a single, powerful male pup. Jupiter's mother birthed twins; one male, one female. The two were to compete during their training to determine who would become the prince's advisor. While Jupiter was undoubtedly the more clever and charming of the two, his sister lacked his loyalty to blood. Convinced that the only way to defeat him was to cheat, she injured herself and claimed that her brother had assaulted her in order to steal the prince's favor. The soothsayer was supposed to be a pacifist above all else and so the clan was horrified not only that one would stoop so low, but that they would try to take fate into their own hands. Jupiter was chased away before he could defend his innocence.

Ignorant of the ways of survival, he quickly found himself resorting to trickery to survive. He was a pretty young thing and found that he could easily convince older wolves to care for him in exchange for his company as a lover. He debased himself in order to survive. During this time, he began to take an interest in plants - poisons in particular. At first, he entertained the idea of reclaiming his position from his traitorous sister. As time passed, though, he began to feel more bitter. He'd been nothing but devoted to the clan and they'd tossed him out as the first hint of misbehavior.

Waking in Canis has invigorated him. Surely, he was brought here for a purpose. He only needs to find it.
