A mysterious, enchanting air greets those who visit this weathered isle at the core of Canis; its timeless, sparsely forested terrain is dotted with freshwater pools. Best described as seeming heart-shaped from a bird's eye view, it is rumored that when the stars align, the pools shimmer with gold, and those who dip into the water are remolded by Astra's paw. Any attempts to leave territorial indication here seems to disappear...
Sprawling with dirt and grass, this stretch of land is dry, hot, and mostly barren save for the few marula trees. Much can be seen clearly for miles, though one should take caution traveling, as you never know what lurks in the tall grass. At a glance, there does not appear to be much here, but who knows what you will find if you look?
Within the meadows lays a scattering woodland. Oaks and hedges cover the open fields, sheltering their inhabitants. The territory's true beauty shines when the sun rises and lowers; golden hour bathes the land in a gleaming glow. With its stunning sights and plentiful prey, this territory is a haven for those who stay.
Deep in the heart of an overgrown jungle sits crumbling ruins that once resembled a temple. There are pillars and blocks of stone now adorned with moss, vines, or the roots of trees. Those who journey deep inside may find colorful gems and bones, but more noteworthy are the detailed stone sculptures of wolves. Any attempts to leave territorial indication here seems to disappear...
A breathtaking coastal path that meanders along the rugged shoreline, offering stunning ocean views. The trail is enveloped in lush greenery, with tall trees casting a canopy of shade while the sound of waves crashing against rock echoes through the branches. Several lookout points provide panoramic vistas of the sea horizon, and more notably the local ravens.
Various mountains dot snow-dressed lands which vary in size and difficulty where the highest peaks will sometimes breach the lower clouds, separating anyone within those peaks away from the world below in their own haven. Along the mountainsides, evergreens cling to the rocks in various layers and sizes, hanging over the ledges in certain areas which offer a safe place for birds and small mammals to rest and nest.
