Celestial Vale

Celestial Vale is a vast territory with rolling hills and a beautiful valley—it is difficult to know where one thing begins and another ends in this blended land. Its most significant feature is one great waterfall that pours into many—but it is the first that can be heard all throughout the vale, like the background chatter of crickets on a summer's evening. Rivers and streams carved by the powerful waterfall roll into the forests, although one creates the centerpiece of the vale: a shimmering lake, made turquoise by the stones within it.

Druid's Dream

In the shroud of yet another of many forests and woodlands, a cavern opening is hidden away by two oak trees tangled in one another's embrace. Following the creek through the short cavern passage opens up to a little woodland having grown under the earth. The lighting here is minimal, yet no matter, for the foliage here glows with bioluminescence! Frequent visitors will come to learn that the land is plentiful despite season's changed.

Frozen Ground

While not a lake, this strange patch of earth acts just like one in the winter months. It freezes over once the temperature drops below zero, and its surface becomes smooth and solid, becoming almost like an ice rink for the local wildlife to test their skating skills.

Furud’s Lake

Nestled beneath low hanging cliffs is a dark frozen lake. The ice here is thick with no signs of cracking, suggesting it may well have frozen several meters deep. Despite the dark glare, seeing one’s reflection or what lays beneath the ice is impossible, yet individuals have somehow made out the constellations overhead beneath the ice, even when it is day. Any attempts to leave territorial indication here seems to disappear...

Glacier Garden

A large glacier that has remained in place for centuries. The ice within the glacier is made up of saltwater, making the snow and ice inedible as well as incredibly cold to the touch. On the other side of the large glacier is a strange garden filled with herbs, flowers, and fruit that seem to flourish in this area. Warm winds seem to offer this place enough warmth to keep the plants from freezing over.

Little Balm Lake

A small lake nestled within a coniferous forest. Rocks of various sizes rest along its edges, a fantastic place to eat any fish one is skilled enough to catch. Herons are a usual sight here as well as a few large nests of osprey who often nest here. The name comes from the pleasant balmy scent that comes from the evergreen trees that populate the surrounding woods.

Sundance Grove

Sundance Grove, a verdant, bustling forest whose name hails from the abundance of glades dotted within allowing a wealth of sunlight to dapple the floors. As a result the woods are home to what appears like a plethora of mini meadows lush with blooming flowers tucked between the trees. Turning into coruscating carpets when the sun dances off the gleam of their vibrant colours, seeming to light up even the shadiest nooks and crannies where the trees huddle closest.

The Nameless Mountain

Rising sharply into strange, jagged spires, The Nameless Mountain is a labyrinthian place of twisting trails among stones that only seems impassable and inhospitable at first glance. Thick coniferous forests rise along its lower reaches, which are every bit as broad as they are tall, and the pathways leading up the mountainside are treacherous for the inexperienced climber. No one truly knows what lies at the summit that is eternally shrouded in snow and clouds, but for the fortunate and bold who manage the climb, word has it that they are awarded views like no other.

The Oasis

A random haven found within the sandy dunes of the desert, a freshwater oasis along with tall coconut trees can be found as a refuge for any thirsty travelers. Shorthaired hares, camels, rats, mice, various birds and some fish makes this a lonely paradise as most who arrive often do not leave out of fear of never finding their way out of the desert.

Tsukiishi

Various mountains dot snow-dressed lands which vary in size and difficulty where the highest peaks will sometimes breach the lower clouds, separating anyone within those peaks away from the world below in their own haven. Along the mountainsides, evergreens cling to the rocks in various layers and sizes, hanging over the ledges in certain areas which offer a safe place for birds and small mammals to rest and nest.
