The clouds and jungle vanished ; and within it's place a mountain returned. She saw it upon her patrol, within the distance of one day it not being there, and suddenly it did. She cursed whatever beast kept messing with the tundra, for what was happening when wolves looked away? Whose playground were they on? It was said that long ago, the Dragons turned the skies and made mountains, shifted the seas and brought life, but also chaos itself ; and she couldn't help wonder, if it was the same experience she had saw.

But who was doing that? Names of the Ancients of the 12 were thought within her head ; but within the lore of Draghoda there was none that acted like a true God. She was tense — and she prowled outside of the Dragonford claim and toward to the unknown vale. Where mountains stood tall, like a guard against the facing north as she looked around to find something, anything..

Like an entrance to the haven itself ; the large standing tome of mountains that led into an entrance of a forest itself. Like someone created it, either as a prison to one, or a welcoming to another. Her fur rustled, an edge as she raised her head and glanced around at the very front of so. No smells, nothing suspicious within it's wake and only herself.. Who stood, wondering why now?

And was anyone within? Such as the pack who vanished.

Olive and Tiberius had both set out for a reason. They were seeking a place to call home with their new plans in mind and it was known that Tiberius couldn't let go of the Tundra. How could he, really? It had been his home since he had woken here and he had learned as much of it as he could in all of his patrols and exploration for Shiroshika.

So when he ventured further into the snow touched land and saw something different, it gave him a pause. This was not the mountain that Valmua and her brothers had laid claim to though he could have sworn it was right here. His molten gaze blinked, calculative, and he strode forward despite how it seemed to guard itself with itself.

He should have known.

She cropped up in the strangest of places.

"Yer thinkin' it weren't 'ere before, too?" The titan rumbled from behind her, trailing her into the depths. ^^

"It wasn't." Vendrussel said with the upmost certainty, "I was here, when there was a forest, it's warmth the opposite of the true north." Her tail waved in the air, a clear tone of caution and yet, couldn't deny a small curiosity. But it was too strange to deny, where once a mountain, to a forest, to a different mountain? How lands worked did not add up and she couldn't help but wonder where did that same forest go. It surely didn't belong within the tundra, but she felt it stand, she saw it's trees and birds and it.. It was unnatural.

She pushed someone into it, and entered alongside him.

She looked at Tiberius, someone awfully acquainted to the north. He was a face that she seemingly kept meeting, and though enjoyed his company.. At the moment there would be no smiles and laughters, only a wariness, and a guard against. But it did seem that there was no one else — Vendrussel sniffed the air and the ground, not a sign of a wolf, a pack nearby that was of a clear claim. Though something re-appeared, the wolves who vanished did not. At least, their claim didn't.

It was a wonder if they were still out there ; but she wouldn't know due to not meeting them.

^^Amata had never been to the tundra before, but when the mysterious jungle went POOF and something else showed up in it’s place, well..curiosity didn’t kill the cat for nothin’ - Amata decided it was time to go exploring and exploring is what she’d do.

This was to be her home, after all, and not a prison like Nightwalkers had been - and therefore, the new viking had set off without a word to go explore the new mountain - and she’d thought for a moment to go alone, but @Leviathan would end up following anyway.

So she went right over to him and kissed him on the face. “Hey, betcha can’t catch me!”

Off she went, racing towards the mountain.

The boy had been content for the most part, though he still found himself gravitating towards Amata regardless of where he went. And that wasn't anything different now, a smile forming on his face as she ran towards him. His tail began to flip back and forth happily as she approached, his eyes looking up at her from his spot laying down with every ounce of puppy love that he could muster.

He froze for a moment as she kissed him on the face, barely recognizing the game she was starting. For a moment, all he cared about was that she had kissed him! Wait, there was something she said. Oh, catch her. By the time he had gotten his head back on his shoulders, she was already bounding away from him. "Here I come!" He chuckled and launched himself forward, following her up towards the mountains and into the snowy area that encircled them. Not that he minded, he enjoyed exploring new lands and at the same time, playing with Amata.

He grunted as he flicked an ear, molten gaze still observing the looming trees and mountains. "Ain't like is tha firs' weird shit ta 'appen 'ere," Tiberius rumbled thoughtfully. He recalled the weird shit in the sky and supposed it was becoming a theme. He wasn't delusional, this hadn't been here before and she had given him even more evidence.

Tiberius eyed it, "ain't smellin' no packs," which was... Good. The titan thought @Olive might want to see this, he was thinking of its vantage points and it only spurred his curiosity. The titan pressed forward to the darkened treeline that broke through the mountains that crest either side and cast his molten gaze to Vendrussel, "come on then, luv. We both curious," he mused, pressing further into the fearsome land.^^

"That's true." They seen the space contort, time which shouldn't have happen and wolves that claimed to be dead, were no longer. They were situations Vendrussel often could shrug off, for they never fully involved the lands itself nor' the matters of the wolves ; more like an outer-space event, where to observe and wander what exactly happened, and what was going on? Now that they changed the world itself, moved mountains and brought new ones — the dragoness thought it was a game-changer.

Though it was a curiosity, her adventurous soul desired to see what was else out there and nodded at Tiberius, ready to follow him into it — but she raised her head, and sniffed lightly. The scent of others was upon the wind and the slight sounds were coming from somewhere, she lowered her gaze and looked out ; for the smell was something awfully familiar. Not one she enjoyed in particular, for it seemed Northfall was upon the trial,

"there are others following us." So Vendrussel assumed, unaware it was only curious children. Her tail rose in a guard.

^^Amata had decided that they needed to have some fun in their lives, as they’d only joined Northfall to their bed and breakfast; they had gone through a magic portal-thing and were far from home and realistically could not survive on their own. So they’d joined the first group of wolves they had found, which was Northfall.

So it was a day of exploring their new home, which included their snowy backyard, and well - Amata still needed to figure out this weird-but-also-not atmosphere that she and Levi had. He had usually seemed pleased to see her, and liked to threaten her — but Amata, who hadn’t had a lick of any sort of affection, didn’t know what it all meant.

So she kissed him and raced onward - until two new scents caught her attention. Not members of their pack, but that was okay. She stopped to sniff at them for a moment, and then shrugging as she followed them.

“Hullo?”

The boy would damn near do anything that Amata asked him to to. So, when she told him to come play with her and explore, he did without a second thought. As she ran off, he followed happily, not really noticing anything else around them. He was smitten and had eyes for only her.

That is, until she called out which pulled him out of his own thoughts and thrusted him back into the real world. He caught the scent of two others and instantly he went on guard, his hackles raising slightly before he remembered what Amata had said earlier. No fighting.

With a grumble, he would lower his hackles back down, but keep his body tense, walking slowly behind her as she ran towards the danger. This girl was going to get them both killed.

"Yeah," he rumbled his agreement, their scents pausing him in his tracks despite him wanting to press further. He knew the Pack scent by his knowing of @Ragnar yet he didn't know the two singular ones. He rolled his shoulders as he shifted his frame so that his back was no longer turned and instead he faced where the noises were coming from, his tail lifting in a similar fashion to @Vendrussel as he clawed the terrain.

A voice called out, greeting them and he flared his nose as he watched the distances to see them materialise. "Kids," he rumbled to Vendrussel as he waited, narrowed gaze on the distance. They came forward, a boy and a girl, one clearly more open and curious than the other. Tiberius had little time to faff about but he supposed he couldn't just tell them to fuck off, could he?

Well, he could, but he supposed it wasn't necessarily needed. He glanced to Vendrussel, knowing the rift between her pack and the one the kids belonged to. He wondered if she would speak first. ^^

They were Northfall kids, not one she recognized. Her tail flickered, mildly amused at the sheer amount of kids that claimed to the mountains and yet the lacking of adults to properly harness them. Firstly it was a son and daughter that kept roaming the isle, and now even more that came so far and ventured to the vale? Producing but no reigns, she judged feircly ; for the woman partially blamed him for the slaughter upon the beach. She could feel the fur on her back stand, as she gently took a deep breath.

"You shouldn't be so far away from your pack." Did the Alpha warn with an edge in her voice, a clear discomfort over them. She was on edge, obviously so. A careful way to harness her words and actions toward them. Vendrussel knew within her heart she would never repeat, but eyes were always upon her, judging and so — and as she glanced back at Tiberius, he was one of the few wolves she did not wish to be betrayed by. Were they friends? She wasn't sure, but she seen him enough now to enjoy such a company.

"I don't think it ever came up the reason I was at war with them." She tore her gaze away completely, peering back inside the vale before the black guard once more. Laughing lightly, in a voided amusement before looking back at them. She wondered whether her description was in play and they knew of her.

^^Technically speaking, Amata was no one’s kid, but if the child-killer wanted to see her as a Northfall wolf, then by all means — Amata wouldn’t stop her. Amata was able to recognize this canine based on the descriptions that was given to her, but alas, she would smile and hilt her head in an innocent manner.

Two adult wolves lay ahead; one was Vendrussel of Dragonford, and the other was a total mystery. Judging by his muscular appearance, he was probably something Levi would look up to. Was that Levi’s end result? Her brows arched as she peered over at him. Her eyes lingered over Vendrussel with the wag of her tail.

The warning and discomfort was there, clear as day; did she have a bloodlust for killing kids, now? Amata wanted to tempt her to see, but alas, she couldn’t do anything fun with Levi at her side like an overprotective brother.

Heh, wouldn’t that be tragic, if she had called him such out loud? How fast would that heart break? A sly smirk crept it’s way upon her face as she glanced over at him.

Looking to Vendrussel, Amata smiled and sat down, leaning forward to sniff at them. “Neither should you, no? You smell like a pack, also?” Amata smiled, asking innocently, as though she was unaware; playing dumb, if only to see where it would get her.

“This place is new, and I wanted to explore, and have some adventure. Is it okay if we adventure with you guys?”

He tried his best to not show he was as on guard as he felt, eyes zeroing in on the woman known as Vendrussel. He had heard enough about her that he had no want to be within the same territory as her, much less only a few feet away. However, his eyes also flickered towards the male, watching him closely. If it wasn't for the fact that he seemed friendly with the water wolf, he might have asked him to train him, or for some fighting tips, but right now he had no want to speak to either of them. Perhaps he would seek the man out later.

For now though, he stayed silent, legs tense as he readied himself to pull Amata out of the way if they chose to attack them. Her openness to talk and make friends annoyed the shit out of him, but he wasn't going to talk her out of it now. It was much too late for that.
