At first appearances, one would notice his coat. Mostly jet black, but his Rottie half offers him an unusual coat pattern — a face mask made of burnt orange and golds, darkened with a bit of blood red, loosely resembling a skull of sorts, but only if one has the imagination for it. Another prominent feature from his Rott side would be the two circular spots dusted onto his chest as most rots do. A collar of brilliant, canary gold and sunset orange wraps around his neck to cover most of the back of his nape and trickle down his entire spine in a thin line to the base of a short but full tail. Topped with burnt toe tips of the same dull carrot, his auds and tail tip sport said color as well. But due to his Shar Pei heritage, his fur, though short but not unusually so, is course and almost wiry.
Solomon is a big boy if anything, hefty and thick with muscle but not especially defined, though his body is fit enough to hunt and fight properly. His paws are huge and meaty, and his ears have been cropped short due to a reason he now does not know. His eyes are usually humorous, but can go from joyous to dead and dangerous in the snap of a finger. Despite his moderately unusual coat and a slight shorter, thicker muzzle, he almost completely resembles a wolf.
