A very gorgeous and very small black and white molted wolf with a pink nose that has black splotches to match the molted scheme. White claws and black beans except with his left hind-leg which has pink beans. Suffers from vitiligo. He is also blind in his right eye due to cataracts (hence why its so clear), and has a slight case of Ankyloglossia (the forked tongue), which makes it difficult to eat and gives a lisp with his speech. He still has one of the cloth bands that was used in his physical therapy and finds it to be a security blanket of source. It's loose enough to slide on and off and even to talk with (though not to eat with). He often likes to use his cloth band to ward others off from his tsundere heart. He tries to hide his emotions but ends up always wearing them on his sleeve. Known for blushing constantly. Has a very pretty but monotone lispy voice and is known for his girly but amazing singing.

After struggling and running,

I feel my heartbeat and take a deep breath:
"Thanks, but I'm still holding back."

Chasm can be a bit of a downer and a bit harsh at times, but he is an innocent and kind wolf, wanting happy endings for everyone and everything. Despite his kindness, he is very dishonest about his own feelings and thoughts and thus is known for acting or saying the opposite things compared to what he's thinking. Part of that has to do with his original past. He never got to talk to another living soul that understood him, and so he has social anxiety/trust issues with others, fearing their responses to his true thoughts and feelings. Yet his charisma and charm always seem to land him friends and strong bonds. Speaking of that social anxiety, he tries to avoid others because of it/he's use to the life of a hermit. Due to having been stuck watching TV his previous life, he knows all kinds of pointless trivia and has a habit of repeating infomercials. Chasm is a dreamer, and he has big dreams and inspirations inspired by media. He believes he is alive again to fulfill the destiny he was always meant for, whatever that means. Is awful with romance and does not know how to handle it/will run away.

History

In his previous life Chasm had been a very sickly black Labrador Retriever. Deformed and lethargic, straight from birth it was unknown if he would live. He was nurtured and cared for by a kind owner. Many accommodations were made for Chasm. He could not walk or eat without help from his owner and every day Chasm was given physical therapy with the medications ramping up by the daily. It became clear he would not live for long, but the owner made the most of their time, euthanizing Chasm when the lab's pain became too much. Every day as long as he could remember, Chasm would watch tv with his owner who loved nature documentaries. Chasm would see all the animals living the fullest of their lives and desire that greatly. To be able to move on his own and fulfill a destiny. The the desire to live a full life like a normal animal manifested itself and has given Chasm the chance in Canis.

Chasm has been reborn into a much healthier animal now, however, he's still not as hardy as other wolves, often getting sick in the winters or suffering with the occasional cold. His owner had also been really into anime and cartoons so Chasm sees himself having a destiny fulfilled/life being one big trope.
