History

Feather Kincaid was born to Barbara June Blackwater* and Warden Kincaid* in 2016, although Warden was long gone by the time Kincaid came around. Barbara June chose to give birth to and raise him away from her family, as Warden had failed to make a good impression on them, and she hoped to lure him back to her. Kincaid was given his father's surname for this reason as well, so that they might always know each other if they crossed paths. Unfortunately, Warden never returned, and Kincaid was raised by his increasingly fatalistic and fantastical mother.

In 2017, Kincaid set out on his own for a time, and when he returned in 2018, it was to find his mother had given birth to another single-pup litter. His younger brother was named Elsinore Love Villarreal, but quickly earned the nickname "Nine Lives"* for his tendency toward daredevil stunts and destructive behaviors. Kincaid, fearing Elsinore would grow up in the same piss-poor environment he had, spirited the pup away on a long adventure. When Elsinore was about two, he joined a gang of roving males, and the brothers soon lost track of each other.

Kincaid fathered several litters over the years, but only took the time to get to know the last — a trio of daughters born to him by a salty sand witch on the coast. He was on his way to visit the near-yearling cubs when he found himself in Canis.
