Currently, there are conflicting views. The High Queen is strict in her traditional mindset, however, her husband is far more forgiving and cares less for tradition. Due to this, there may be some leniency from textbook rules and traditions depending on the case and whether or not the High King gives in to his wife's desires or pushes for more progressive views.
