Ragnar was born instilled in the belief in The Gods of Old, a rather basic and primal logic of gods. It is believed that these gods created the very first of Ragnar's material bloodline. Ragnar, being a very knowledge seeking wolf, his life with Sindri and Frigg (the mothers of his first children) brought on the acceptance of Norse gods. Taking Freya, the once-godess herself as his wife, further solidified the worship and praise of their Norse beliefs. Most Stormborn are taught to be respectful and aware of any and all gods, even if their worship is reserved for only a special few. 

Given their newfound heritage, young are often taught the languages of Icelandic and Norwegian along side Common. Norwegian is often described as 'language of the North' and used more often then Icelandic, the 'language of the gods'.

Since generations passed, Stormborns have often had a rather dominant personality, whether to the point or arrogance or a more subtle pride for their name and home. Fearlessness and boldness come easy for this lot. Many have adapted the habit of itchy paws, stemming a very viking persona in travel, exploration, knowledge, trade and even raid. The Archers before them were often lawful neutral wolves with strict tradition and held themselves respectful and dignified. Stormborn are far less restricted, but do not fall far from the tree. It is strength in yourself, pride for your home and loyalty to your pack which drives them. 

The first generation of Stormborn were birthed within the high peaks of The Wall in Torbine. A mountain chain which stretched from one coast to another. Upon their arrival to Canis, they founded the lands of Northfall, a coastal mountain at the edges of the north. Due to this, the bloodline is more often then not a hardy type made of thick skin, dense fur and heavy coats. A set of strong legs and endurance are necessary for navigating the high peaks and strong ocean currents.

Archer traits are dominant in Ragnar's family, who are often black or black phase with pale eyes. Ragnar however took after his father, the Selwyn, in coat color of blonde and gold. With the second generation, birthed by Freya, fawn and browns have come into the mix, making it possible for Stormborn to relatively sport any color though have yet to harbor any odd or distriguishing patterns or markings. Eyes are often pale in blue or grey and more recently introduced, green, gold and amber. Like there coats, no unnatural colors have yet been recorded.
